When used in combination with other methods, such as interviewing and scenario testing, assessment tools can be extremely useful for both the employment screening process and the selection of high potential staff for more challenging and responsible roles.
Therefore, we use assessment tools to help our clients learn more about themselves, their employees, or prospective employees.
What sets us apart is our capability and willingness to tailor our assessment process to the specific needs of the client; there is no predetermined set of tests or process. We work with our clients to determine what they need and what is best for the organization’s culture and environment.
To ensure that the outcome of testing is applicable to the job, we often do job analysis to better define the scope of the job and more reliably predict job performance.
Individual assessments (i.e. job trait assessments) are an effective way to learn a lot about a candidate in a short period of time. The individual completes selected written instruments (surveys, tests, questionnaires) and participates in a personal interview.
A report is generated that highlights the individual’s strengths and weaknesses relative to previously identified requirements.
